I have the right to decline any commission.

You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

Please be communicative to avoid miscommunication.

I will not be taking rush orders. Please contact me if you have an urgent order so we can talk about it.

Make sure you are 100% sure before sending the commission request.

Payment in USD through Paypal.

Payment in IDR through bank transfer (BCA) , Gopay, or Dana.

I have the right to post the WIPs and commission result and on my social media, make it as my portofolio, and share it to public. *

* If client purchase private commission, I will not show it to the public and keep it private (more details at FAQ)

Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. There are extra charges and/or royalties involved for commercial projects.

Do not claim full credit to the artwork's creation even if you have ownership of the artwork.

You are able to repost or use the commissioned artwork as a profile picture as long as proper crediting is given (such as linking any of the artist's relevant social media account/s).

The artwork also can be used as a wallpaper, keychain, sticker, or any physical product for themself as long as the client don't sell it (personal use)

Noncommercial and commercial works made by Akanichiyu are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

Reselling is strictly not allowed.

Canceling commission is not allowed. *

The commission will only be official and started after the upfront payment has been made.

If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, I will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.

* You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 1 month (illustraion) and 2 months (vtuber model) without progress / no updates at all.

If there are certain reasons that make it impossible to continue the commission, client may request a refund and cancel the order with a full or partial refund given based on the progress made.

In the event of a full refund or chargeback, client will forfeit the ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.

Changing references is allowed if I haven't started on your commission or still at the sketch stage.

You are able to do Major and Minor changes at sketch stage.

After the sketch is approved, major changes are not allowed. But minor changes are allowed such as colors and small accessories. 3x maximum revisions.

Any further edits will have added fees to the overall cost.

All types of commissions will take 1 week - 12 weeks (3 months) depending on the queue and the details of the order.

I will only accept orders with visual / image / photo references only. I will not taking description only orders.

I will not designing a new character. Please have a character (photo of you / anyone, oc, fictional character, etc.) or a character sheet.

If I can do your order and meet the existing requirements, I will start make a draft for you (not a sketch)

Once I'm done with the draft, you may pay your order in half / full payment.

I will start drawing the sketch after you pay and give you updates when I'm done.
